My parents are from Eastern Europe and immigrated to Australia during the 80s. I am a first-generation Australian. I am an designer, adventurer, coffee connoisseur, avid book reader and mum of one five year old daughter. I am constantly thriving for knowledge and personal growth.

 

I have worked on a variety of projects, collaborating with professionals in architecture, interior design, and building services engineering. I am passionate about business development and the creation of positive change within the construction and design industry including empowering female co-workers.

 

By working within the industry for a number of years now I found that work-life balance is important. During my spare time, I enjoy card games with adults and puzzles at home with my daughter.  Reading books and outdoor hiking also take my fancy.

 

I have in the past also enjoyed volunteering and helping my community, I have assisted and supported teenagers with junior youth programs which I was nominated for a Queenslander Young Achiever Award in 2017.
